As a Certified Master Inspector® I love to help home buyers and sellers fully understand the condition of their homes so they can move ahead confidently.
I also provide inspections of commercial spaces to help business owners plan and budget as they prepare for new ventures. Past inspections have included apartment buildings, offices, medical/dental facilities, hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, studios, and even a train station!
After discussing any specific concerns you might have, I will conduct a thorough inspection that usually takes about 2-3 hours. Then, I’m happy to spend as much (or as little) time as you need to discuss any findings, their significance, and your potential next steps.
Finally, you will receive a detailed written and illustrated report (usually 30-40 pages, as an interactive report or a PDF – See a sample report) to use in setting up further evaluation by specialists (if needed), working with contractors to get estimates, and/or reaching a fair price on the property.
