Whether you’re buying, building, or selling a home, it’s reassuring to have someone honestly and objectively evaluate the condition of the various household systems and structures so you know what to expect. We love to help home buyers and sellers fully understand the condition of their homes so they can move ahead confidently.

After discussing your specific concerns, we conduct a thorough inspection that usually takes about two hours. Then we’re happy to spend as much (or as little) time as you need to discuss any findings and your next steps.

Finally, you will receive a concisely written and illustrated report (usually around 25-30 pages e-mailed as a PDF – See a sample report ) to use in setting up further inspections by specialists (if needed), working with contractors to get estimates, and/or reaching a fair price on the home.
